Our website uses the following third-party services, which may set cookies or collect technical information about your visit:

  • Google Ads (conversion tracking and remarketing): we use a Google tag to measure how well our ads perform and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. Google may use cookies to do this, and may show our ads to you on other websites.
  • Google reCAPTCHA: protects our quote form from spam and abuse. It collects hardware and software information and other data and sends it to Google for analysis. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

7. Email communications

We email customers about their jobs, such as quotes, scheduling, progress updates and invoices. These are service messages related to the work you have asked us to do. If you would prefer not to receive them by email, let us know and we will contact you another way.

8. Security and storage

We hold information in electronic systems hosted with reputable cloud providers, and in paper job files. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls and secure connections. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. How long we keep it

We keep job and customer records for at least 7 years after the job is completed, to meet tax and legal requirements and to support warranty and service. Records we no longer need are securely destroyed or de-identified. Enquiries that do not proceed to a job are kept for a shorter period.

10. Access and correction

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Email us at sales@stardoors.com.au.
